A handling charge can be incurred depending on certain circumstances and at the discretion of Bradfield Trading Ltd.
Some products are non-returnable (example specially ordered Hamilton products).
1) Make a list of the products you want to return.
2) Ensure you include either your Account Code or Company Name.
3) F:020 8575 5168 or give the List to our driver.
We will produce a Collection Note from your List.
4) When our driver comes next time with the Collection Note, they will take your returns.
Your Account will be credited accordingly.
The Credit Note/s will be sent with your Statement at the beginning of the following month.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us for an RMA within 7 days of receipt of delivery and agree a dispatch date. We must receive the goods in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will not accept returns if the products have been used or have been returned in an unsuitable condition.
You will be responsible for returning and paying for the delivery of your returned goods. When items are returned you will be issued a credit note for the products but not for the original delivery charges.
To refund, simply send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on [(020) 8575 9922], stating your order reference number, your name, the items you would like to return and the reason for refund. On approval, you are then responsible for sending back the goods clearly stating your order reference number and name. Once the goods have been received, the credit note will be processed.
When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
